It was very pleasent stay . Very clean and big rooms(the one with private toilet and bath).
Unique Quality: In a very quite area,10 min walking to the old town,and 5 min to the metro station.
There is a supermarket in the same building,and alot of restaurants and cafes around.

I would like to rent a cheap flat at Wien for at least 6 months. I prefer it is cheap and that it has at least a bathroom, a bed, a table and 2 chair, a cousine, a refrigerator and a wash machine.

This is only for people who are coming to Vienna to study or in order to start a job, that they have for granted ALREADY !
That measn not in case that you are LOOKING FOR a job !
I had an appartment with them for 6 months,and these 6 months is also the minimum-stay, 310 euros a month everything included, even electricity and heating. No further fees except a deposit of ca. 2700 euros, but you will get that back at the end. In my case 12 euros was deducted for a broken chair.
washingmachine is not in the room, but inside the house, small kitchen, fridge, 2 beds, bathroom and WC, quite small but OK and a good start !
Normally you wont get anything without a payment for an agency (800-1500 euros) and monthly rents are more than 500 euros EXcluding extracosts like heating...

Last year City Bicycles were introduced in Vienna city but it did not last for long as they all disappeared from street and smuggled across border or different places. Now new bicycles have been introduced, which needs your credit card details. You can see one of those bicycle stands.
The present Vienna was a Roman town called Vindobona. At the end of the 1st century the 13th and later the 14th Legion built frontier fortifications, whereby Vienna was one of many military camps, which were built along the Danube and joined with a street and a barrier, the so-called Limes.
The complext contains 50 apartments of various sizes. There is also a terrace cafe, doctor's surgery and a health food store.
Outside the complex where most of the tourists gather to take pictures (like me) there are souvenir shops selling postcards and other knick knacks.
The Burggarten, in the past, was not open to the public like its relative, the Volksgarten. The two gardens are separated by the Neue Burg, the youngest and biggest building in the Hofburg complex. The Burggarten has a memorial statue for Mozart - "Mozart Denkmal".
after a winter in Berlin it was nice to encounter the Austrian / Viennese "Gemýtlichkeit". People seem genuinely friendly and helpful here. maybe it's the accent which seems so nonthreatening, or maybe that's a secret cover they use in order to trick you. No, just kidding. but it is a really nice mentality, not very pretentious at all! I wish I could say that about the rest of the city.
