Only in Summer but Very Good!
The accommodation is a dormitory of a university and is used as a hostel during the summer holiday of the university. The room I stayed was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room charge for one night (single room) was 20 Euro. It is more like a hostel.
Although the room was situated along the street where the tram passes by, it was very quiet. I was never bothered by the noise.
You can reach the city centre by tram easily in a very short time. The hostel isn't that far from the street called 'Ring'. If you are not too tired, it may be good to come to the street and walk along the street to enjoy the charm of the city.
The staff is kind and nice to talk with.
If you have time till your actual departure after your check-out time, you can ask them to keep your lugguage in the storage.
Unique Quality: Lounge - there are a TV and lots of brouchers and maps which help you get information about the city. There are also a couple of PCs for internet.
The garden outside would be a nice place to meet people from different countries as well as in the lounge.
The bathroom and shower room are on each floor. They can be pretty busy in the morning since the number is limited.
Some vending machines for snacks and drinks are installed.
The breakfast is an option - 3 Euro which I think was quite disappointing.
