The Receptionist was very professional and made my welcome one of the most enjoyable. The room is very clean of course. Aside from slippers, tea and coffee are available without cost in the room. When a guest leaves and enters the hotel, the staff at the reception greets and bids goodbye which is so nice.
Unique Quality: I went to a concert at the Konzerthaus and I wanted to pamper myself by merely staying in a hotel instead of taking a taxi on the way back home. The hotel is a stone away from the Akademitheater ad Konzerthaus and a walking distance to the very centre of the city.
Directions: from Schwarzenbergplatz, a walking distance. Or take trams D or 1 and walk from Schwarzenbergplatz. You may also take U4 and get off at Stadtpark (a bit farther though).
I was here only 3 days but to be honest expect somethong more from top-level Accor hotel.
The biggest disappointment was the room - too small for me as for double room that I have.
The breakfast were quite good and walking distance to the center is a good point.
Not briliant value for money but also nothing serious to complain.
