This big hotel with more than 15 floors was built completely new a few years ago, directely on the Guertel ( the street with the most heavy trafic in Vienna)
The windows are certainly sound-proof, but you have to be prepared that sleeping with open window will be almost impossible.
Tram Nr. 6 and 18 are directely opposite the hotel.
The subway to the centre is in a distance of 300 meters.
