Quality hotel
I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff were welcoming and friendly.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from a bus stop taking you straight to the airport.

My wife and myself will be in Vienna for 4 nights in early June, can anyone suggest a moderately priced hotel in the downtown area.

Yes, here is a suggestion for your stay in Vienna.
We visited the former capital of the Hapsburgs several years ago. We enjoyed our hotel, the K+K Palais, in the historic center.

What I liked about the K+K Palais was that it was within easy walking distance of many of the major attractions. We walked just about everywhere within Olde Vienna.
We had a grand view of the top of a nearby church, Maria am Gestade, with its delicate stone carved bell tower. At night the tower was light from within. It was beautiful. The front desk at the K+K Palais arranged a private tour of the church's interior for us. Very efficient service here.
