good stay at a reasonable price. good location not far from the center, close to a huge shopping area. clean, confortable rooms.

Good quality/price ratio, well positioned
Unique Quality: Very good location, every point of interest seems in-hand: on the main shopping street (Mariahilferstrasse), just near U-Bahn (underground) stations and within walking distance from railway station WienWestBahnhof.
Rooms are amazingly large, and you get a nice view over the shopping street.
One problem would be if you're staying at an upper floor, and the elevator is not working, which I understood happens often. However, there's a second elevator behind the main one, used mainly for mechandise, going up to 5th floor if i remember correctly.
