Not satisfactory
The entrance of the hotel was dark and shared with other apartments. The room was very small, we could barely put our luggages there. The beds were not comfortable at all. The room was not very clean like other hotels. All surfaces were dusty. The windows could not be closed firmly, one could hear the noises from outside. Bathroom was very small. If you would like to enjoy your stay in Vienna, you would better to spend your money somewhere else, though the price is too high for this service.
