Single rooms are terrible - small - you can see yourself in the mirror only if you jump on the bed, ventilation doesn't work, so I felt sigarette smoke every evening, the view from the windos - is a row of toilets for staff, the laundry returned me a blouse just on the 3d day upon departure, so I was forced to crumple it in my hand bag. The shower cab is covered by plastic of dirty orange colour: very good for developing of claustrofobia.

Location is very good, so if you are not single, and taking into consideration that this hotel has discount politic (I paid twice less) - it could be not too bad.
