Excellent value
The hotel is located in a quiet street right @ the underground station, which takes you to the city in 10 minutes. Rooms are novel and extremely roomy, practical and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and of course, speak excellent English. The rooms have everything including WiFi and the bar stays open late. Breakfast is varied and tasty---highly recommended.

Suite Novotel Wien Messe - great!
Check-in and check-out was flawless. Friendly staff. Nice bed, sofa and work table. Very nice suite! I really liked my room and my stay in general. I am going back there in January just to spend a lazy weekend.
Unique Quality: My suite was nicely designed. The WC and the bathroom have a wooden floor (not authentic but still, it makes a very nice impression). The bath tub and the shower are separated by a lavatory which has personalized toilettries. Ample towels (WC has one too). The entertainment is fantastic. Aside from free wireless connection and a good selection of channels, free movies and recorded songs are available for you to choose. And you will learn a lot about Austria as it has a channel about Vienna too (very entertaining programme).
The lights are well chosen and can be independently turned on. Coffee and tea are provided in the room (coffee/tea-making facility), a free bottle of water is waiting for you in the ref and in case you have something to eat, you have a microwave in the room too. Very cozy.
At breakfast, you will be delighted to use glass and cup which are not always found in other hotels. The coffee machine is very professional and the coffee choice is impressive too. Actimel and maracuja jogurt made my day. Nutritious and yummy. Boiled eggs are peeled off and cut into halves. Breakfast is carefully planned by the Suite's nutritionist, so you will be satisfied.

Accommodation 1-5 May for 4 persons - urgent
Hi,
we will be travelling for 4 nights to Vienna and apparently all budget accomodations are fully booked. Any ideas of private accommodation will be very welcomed!

Try the SuiteHotel Wien Messe on Radingerstrasse, a very quiet street only 10 minutes from the centre by metro (and the Wien one is truly excellent and fast), excellent location and cheap (€100 for a spacious 30 square metre room for 4, with fridge, air con, etc.).
They sometimes do reductions for 4 nights, there's one in Geneva (it is a small international chain) and they're excellent for the price and facilities, you can't beat it

Hi,
we met the same problem. And decided to stay nearby Vienna, there are number of small towns offering budget accomodation and not far from Vienna centre and with exellent transport communication.

Is the SuiteHotel fully booked when you will be visiting Vienna?
If it is, there's an IBIS 300 yards away, I've stayed there as well, good as well, will be cheaper (but you'll need 2 rooms), try the IBIS site or accor.com
