What is the best public transit route from the Vienna Airport to the Golden Tulip Art Hotel at brandmayergasse 7 9?

You could take the express bus service from Vienna Airport to Vienna Südbahnhof (6 Euros one-way), but even from there you would have to change into the regular public transport system, ie buy another ticket for 1.50 Euro and it would take even longer than the route I'll be suggesting below.
So I'd recommend you use the following route (for which you need to buy a 2-zone ticket for 3 Euros before starting your journey):
S-Bahn S2: from Vienna Airport to Rennweg (check the route map in the station for the direction)
S-Bahn S9: from Rennweg to Matzleinsdorfer Platz (direction: Philadelphiabrücke)
Bus 14A: from Matzleinsdorfer Platz to Reinprechtsdorfer Straße/Arbeitergasse (direction: Neubaugasse)
From Reinprechtsdorfer Straße/Arbeitergasse it's a 4 minute walk to your hotel.
That's it. :)
