We stayed at the Seehotel Gruener Baum, Hallstatt, Austria. In the picture, it is the yellow building to the left of the church.
One of the largest, if not THE largest, rooms we stayed in on our travels through Europe. It had a little balcony and the large windows looked out over the lake. Theme: Pension/GuesthouseDirections: It's located on the town square. Rooms overlook the lake.

Most hotels in Vienna are expensive, however there are a few choices on the budget end. I stayed at the Hotel Westend located at Fugerfasse 3, 2 short blocks from the Westend train station and 1 block from a subway station. reasonable at less than $30.00 a night, clean and a convenient location in Vienna.
