This little hostel/ hotel is located about 15 minutes outside of Salzburg. To get to it you have to take a regional train then walk uphill for a half a mile or so, but it is well worth the trip. A great place to stay, I highly recommend to any city-weary traveler. You can book a night's stay at hostelworld.com.

Blech! The place is described as a 3-star, but I'd give it barely 1/2 star. it is a very tired hotel with uncomfortable beds, cigarette burns on the carpet and no shower curtains.
