Auberge de Jeunesse de Bouillon

On the way from the Netherlands to France and back we stayed overnight in this youth hostel. No longer specifically youth oriented, youth hostels make a good place for families too. A servicable room with 6 beds (bunkbeds) for our family of 5, two washbasins, a small table with some chairs, bathroom across the hallway. We had made a reservation for the first night, then found it such a good place to stay we went back on the return journey.

Also a good place for a longer stay, to get to know the surroundings.

Great value for money (2008: 69 euro for 6p. familyroom, incl. breakfast), keycode to enter at will, breakfast, snacks between 5 and 10.

Unique Quality: Best of all, a great view of the Castle of Bouillon on the other side of the river from the bedroom, and also from the breakfastroom.

Everything was very clean, and it was very quiet at night.

Games like monopoly, puzzles etc. to play on site available for free.
