To the right the kitchen (fully equipped), behind it the bathroom (shower, washingtable, toilet). Through you meet first the dinnertable, after you enter a spacious livingroom with (bed)couch, table, (very comfortable) chairs, dressoir with TV and inside games to play. By staircase one reaches the uppersleepingroom that has space for four people to sleep.

The family Forier-Leemans offers a special package, existing of a map with extensive information about the area and a "bad weather" guarantee. No, it does not mean that one is guaranteed to have bad weather, but it is a inclusive that frees you from any costs in seeking out things to do when there is bad weather. When the weatherforcast predicts 50% rain or higher (in the sumerseason), then the guests are provided with coupons that give the right to a selection of activities in the LImburg province. This variates from museums to cinemas and from covered playgrounds to beautyfarms and sauna's. What can now be able to ruin your holdiay???

In a seperat part of an old house in the centre of Jeuk, the family Forier-Leemans offers guests a wonderful little apartment. It's ideal for a family and can hold up to six persons. Especially the garden is worth mentioning as it brings comfort and relaxation in the eveninghours, when the discoverences have to be settled in the head and the children want to play.
The house offers a wonderful living and a kitchen with dinnertable. The couch can be turned to a twinbed and upstairs is an open room with one twinbed and two seperate beds. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The environment is very child friendly (little bed plus childrenchair available).

The location is the best thing about "De Welvaert" (means "Welfare"). From here one can in no-time travel in all directions through Belgium. Brussels 60 km, Antwerp 70 km, Liege 25 km and behind that the many touristic highlights in the Ardennes. In the neighborhood you will be surprised with towns like Sint Truiden, Hasselt and especially Belgiums oldest town Tongeren.
