Good Beer Guide to Belgium
by bonio
As the title suggests, a rundown on most of the beers brewed in Belgium, and some good places to try them. A great help when confronted by a beer menu with up to 300 different beers! It's by Tim Webb and published by CAMRA in the UK.
Led us to Cafe Luxembourg, on Zeedijk, comfortable with a good choice of beers, and then Den Brasseur on Leopoldstraat with an equally impressive beer menu and tasty snacks.
BLANKENBERGE

"Blankenberge"
Well, Blankenberge has always been the place for us to spend a nice week-end or even just a day.
I even don't remember how often we've already been to this city. It's always nice - even in winter.... but I definitely prefer summer time. Not only for Blankenberge :-).

"Blankenberge Beach"
The beach can be reached very easily from the city centre after a short walk of 10 minutes through the main pedestrian shopping street of the city. The beach is about 3.3 Km long and 350 m wide at ebb tide.
