Hotel restaurant De Tassche
This three-star hotel, located in a 13th century building, 25 m. of the Martket Square, feels like coming home.
The staff, all fluent in English, are exceptionally helpfull. The boss certainly knows his history and is willing to help you find your bearings.
Underneath the hotel is a very good restaurant which offers an excellent 5-course menu as well as à la carte dishes.
Unique Quality: Unique location in the center of town.
Classified historical monument : an inn since 1682, housename "De Tassche" since 1580, oldest parts of the building date back the 13th century. The rooms on the third floor have original beams from 1450 !!
