Annemie and Koen Dieltien's B&B
Annemie and Koen Dieltien provide a warm welcome at their lovely Bed and Breakfast north of the city center. Having lived in Brugge for years, they have a wonderful knowledge of the city and its sights. After a brief overview of the town's attractions, Koen escorts guests to their room (up a long, narrow stairwell). Rooms are well decorated and beautifully furnished. Several rooms have a view of the street, others peer into the Dieltiens' small yard below and have a great rooftop view. Breakfast is served downstairs between 8 and 10 a.m. Dining with the Dieltiens is a great way to learn more about their profession (music) as well as the other guests. The breakfast usually consists of bread rolls or croissants, sliced meats and cheese, and coffee or tea. Also check for their recommendation on Brugge's restaurants.

An excellent B&B
Waalsestraat 40 - B&B run by Annemie and Koen Dieltens-Debruyne
55 euros per night for 2 people in a double or twin room with breakfast included.
This is a beautiful house, very close to the centre (about 3-4 minute walk from the Burg) and excellent value for money. Newly renovated rooms in a very attractive style (many original features).
We have stayed here twice now and have to say that the people are very friendly. The breakfast is fine (as continental breakfasts go it is actually pretty good).
All in all I would most certainly recommend this B&B.

bed & breakfast...
We stayed in a bed & breakfast at the Dieltiens-familie. This was so great! Nice, clean rooms, right in the center of town and a huge breakfast!
Unique Quality: We stayed there with a French couple, a British couple and an American couple. This would make for great conversations during breakfast! (see picture)
