    We stayed over our wedding anniversary. The rooms were okay but the breakfast situation was a little eccentric and not as we had expected in a hotel of this quality but saying that it was a good stay and the eccentricity adds to charm rather than the bland chain hotel offerings.

    However the hotel does have garage parking around the corner so that you don't have to park in the narrow and crowded streets in the area and it is also situated just across the road from a canal.

    Close to the city centre and on one of the canals.
