Ready to go !Nieuwpoort, estuary of the IJzer river
"Sea, Nature, Fish, History..."
Our hike group has the intention to follow the trip of the Yzer since his estuary until his source, situated in France.
We have therefore 100 km of pleasure at the planning stage, good for five Sundays of walk in the nature and the history.

Notre groupe de randonnée a l'intention de parcourir le trajet de l'Yzer depuis son embouchure jusqu'à sa source, située en France.
Nous avons donc 100 km de plaisir en projet, bons pour cinq dimanches de balade dans la nature et l'histoire.

"The Start"
The weather was beautiful, a little windy but not too hot. We were a group of twenty to the start of this first step: Nieuwpoort - Stuivekenskapelle, be 18 km of hike.

Le temps était beau, un peu venteux mais pas trop chaud. Nous étions une vingtaines au rendez-vous de cette première étape: Nieuwpoort - Stuivekenskapelle soit 18 km de randonnée.

" Beautiful nature "
After only some kilometre we are in the middle of the nature, far from commotions of the tourists of the coast.
The nature is superb: the flowers, the changeable landscapes to the rhythm of the clouds passing over, the water birds looking here, them also, for some rests.
Pass to see the "Tips" to discover you also the beauties of the vicinity.

Après seulement quelques kilomètres nous sommes en pleine nature, loin des tumultes des touristes de la côte.
La nature est superbe: les fleurs, les paysages changeant au rythme des passages nuageux, les oiseaux d'eau cherchant ici, eux aussi, quelques repos.
Passez voir les "Tips" pour découvrir vous aussi les beautés des environs.
