I stay here when I am in to visit family for only several days which I do a couple of times a year. For longer stays I rent an apartment as they are inexpensive and plentiful year round. It is a very conveniently located hotel in literally the heart of Ostend.
The hotel is fine provided you stay in the front part of the building. The back part is depressing as it looks over another building and doesn't get much daylight. There have been some recent refurbishments since the son of the owner (who has retired) has taken over (such as wireless internet). The room includes a good buffet breakfast though if you desire eggs, you will have to pay a surcharge.
