Oostende, also called the “Queen of the Belgium Seaside Resort” offer four beaches; Oosterstrand (Eastern beach), Klein Strand (Small Beach), Groot Strand (Great Beach) or also called Westerstrand (Western Beach), Mariakerkestrand (Mariakerke Beach) and Raversijdestrand (Raversijde Beach). At the beginning of the 9th century was Oostende an unimportant fishing town. Later it became a very important fishing port and nowadays it is one of the most tourist spots on the Belgium coast.

Go to Villa Aqua, it's a new sauna-centre in Oostende, it's located just outside the centre but is easily reached by bus.
It's clean, has different sauna's, beautycentre, swimming pool, bistro,...
And it is cheap, only 18euro from 11h till 23h !!!! so you always pay for 12hours.
