My stay was just alright I must say. The rate that I got was Euro169, which includes breakfast for 2 adults. The rooms are just basic I must say. There's nothing to talk about except for its location. It's a good place to stay for tourists because restaurants and Grand Place square is nearby. I don't quite like the side entrance of the hotel. They should have made it a center entrance though.
Good service. Central location so good for evening excursions. Near Gare Centrale & metro.
Update - Dec 12
Used to be owned by Sabena, the Belgian national airline. Now under the Best Western brand.
Unique Quality: Location. Ideal!
Directions: half way from Gare Centrale to Grand'place
We are a family of 9 with 4 children travelling from India to Brussels.
On 16th May Afternoon, we want to visit Atomium, Mini Europe & Manekin Pis. Kindly let us know the most convenient mode of covering these places as we are staying in Hotel Best Western Premier carrefour de l'europe. Should we take a tour to cover these?
Where do we shop for world famous Belgian lace, chocolate and Belgian Waffles dusted with caramelized sugar?
I think you can cover all those spots on your own very easily. Atomium and Mini Europe are close together and to the metro station "Heysel" and also connected by tram and buses. Manneken Pis is within walking distance from Grand Place.
I can highly recommend a chocolate demonstration at Planète Chocolat, also within walking distance of Manneken Pis and Grand Place.
There is a Best Western located in the Square just off Grand Place and a minute from the train station. Manekin Pis is less than 15 minute walk. Just ask at Hotel Reception and they will give you a city map and mark your path.
We saw the Atomium etc from the Hop On Tour bus, I recall the mero train has a station nearby, a little walk. But Check with hotel reception, or take a taxi.
