The location is very good, near central train station, where you can get the train to the airport, to Bruges, to Antwerp, to Paris, to… almost everywhere in Europe!!!
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, although a bit noisy, because of the traffic in the Avenue de colonies.
Breakfast is good, the croissants are delicious! However the buffet has few fruit and replacing is a slow job, if you know what a mean!...
And it brings us to the “dark sheep” of this hotel – service! In Reception or in the breakfast room is the same; they are nice but slow and not very efficient. If you as for something they will do it, but not as quickly as they should and it is boring to need to ask for basic things like bath towels more than once!
