I stayed there many times over the last 3 years, and it's a good solid business-oriented hotel. The property itself could be better (the building itself is a bit ugly and the rooms are sort of "old-style") , but everything is clean and the service is great - I think the people who work there are really doing a great job.
It's located in the "European" district, so there's absolutely nothing around there but boring offices, but the very center is a short cab ride away (you could also walk to Grand Place in about 15 - 20 minutes tops, although I've never tried).
