My plane is scheduled to depart Brussels at 10:30 am. I will be catching the train in Maastricht and traveling to the airport. If I arrive at the airport at 8:45 will this be enough time for me to catch the departing flight? In the past I have normally arrived about 90 minutes beforehand but I just wanted to double check.
Hi
It depends on the air carrier and where you're flying to. Your ticket should tell you how long before departure the check-in opens and closes.
If you're flying within Europe that time should be ok, but best check your terms and conditions first.

Belgium produces some 400 brands of beer. i didn't have time to sample them all, but the ones I did come highly recommended.
Stella Artois, Juliper and Maes are your standard lagers and are vey good, but Lambic is a traditional Brussels beer.
Not forgetting of course all those beers that the monks brew...far to many to mention...brilliant to drink!
