Room was modern, long and thin, and comfortable. The street the hotel is on is very noisy, from about 0500 onwards, even with the window closed. Shower was good and the television worked.
Staff were courteous, if not openly friendly.
Breakfast was good, a buffet of breads and cheeses, with a selection of drinks.
While du Congres is perfectly adequate, I do not think this hotel represents good value for money, given the other places I have stayed at in Brussels.

Unique Quality: Conference/meeting rooms are apparently available.
