"Madame Belgium (175 years) meets Mademoiselle Federalism (25 years) for a tremendous show".It was July 21st, around 9 pm. The canal-boat "Mademoiselle/Madame" was the symbol of the event and went (carefully) through the crowd, from a hill ("Belgium South") to the lighthouse (down, "Belgium North").
