In December 2003, we stayed at this usefully located five-star hotel. Although the address is ?Grand place? it is actually a couple of blocks away and does not enjoy a glorious view of the square at all.
The standard rooms are a little on the small side, but like Kylie Minogue, they are cute and perfectly finished.
The public areas are adequate and the service quietly efficient.
As the hotel is mainly used by businessmen and visiting politicians and the like, at holiday times and in August you can get some stunning discounts if you look around the websites. For instance we had a room that had a rack rate of 425 Euro for only 99 Euro a night inclusive (No Breakfast)
