I'm not sure what the "Boutique" bit about this hotel's self-description is all about unless it simply means that it has new, trendyish, furniture. It was though an OK hotel for the money with clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient receptionist and the location close to the Yser Metro ideal for my purposes.
I did have a little hiccup finding it at first - it was billed as being 10 metres from the Metro exit but there at least three such exits spread over the area of a block and it didn't indicate which one. It took me about ten minutes to find which was an interesting ten minutes as this is one of Brussels' main prostitution locales - in fact I've never seen so many street girls congregated in such a small area.
But that was no problems - they don't accost you aggressively merely click their tongues as you pass to let you know they are available.
As well as the working girls this is the "Theatre District" with the National Theatre and several others close by which meant that there were some cracking little bars within easy walking and so on balance this hotel suited me fine ;-)
