    • Very nice and well equiped rooms. Pleasant climate.

    Hotel Platini: Beneath to Plane Trees

    • "Platini" means plane tree, or sycamore. The town square in front of the hotel is in the dense shade of huge old plane trees. Sitting out for a drink or a pizza under the plane trees is a wonderful experience.

    Actually, I found the Platini full, so they directed me to a new private guesthouse where the people were very interesting. It was cheap and comfortable. I stayed here and then went back to sit out in front of the Platini.

    The atmosphere under the plane trees is unique. Also, from its central location (the town is tiny anyhow), you can walk around this pretty, quaint little town. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from.

  • Directions: If you drive in from Dubrovnik or take the bus, you will have to cross the river into the center of town. The town is so small that you will have no trouble finding the Platini.

    This air-conditioned apartment occupies the first floor of our 2 storey house and it consists of one double room, two single rooms, a 35 sq.m. living-room, two bathrooms, kitchen with all the necessary equipment (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven) and terrace.

    This apartment has PC+internet (ADSL), digital Sat-TV, (app.350 free channels ) Stereo with CD player, (surround system) DVD and VCR at your disposal. Parking and garage is available in front of the house.Price is 20 euro per night.
    Trebinje is only 20 minutes ride from Dubrovnik.
