A hotel to avoid
We booked 2 rooms through the Internet and after seeing the - believe me - misleading Internet site... We thought that it was going to be a minimal style hotel but we faced an industrial type of hotel with serious issues of maintenance. The rooms were not as expected, dirty walls, damaged doors, ugly bathroom and humid ceilings from the bathroom of the top floor. What was outrageous though was the quality of service... The staff was simply rude. No intention to provide any kind of service, you felt as you were doing them a favour to stay there. Dinner was crap, "squeezed" between 18:00 and 20:00, with a variety of tasteless food. Breakfast was the same... The spa center was not so bad but if you have visited a couple of quality spa centres you would realize it is nothing special. In every aspect of the hotel you would find an unprofessional approach. We paid 70 € per room - I would suggest to everyone that reads this to avoid this hotel.
