St.Sofia Hotel: Old architecture with new inner design
When I first decided to go to Nessebar I wanted to stay one night in an old place . It was recommended to us a modern hotel . I still regret that I missed my St. Sofia hotel situated in a nice place near the sea with a splendid view over an old wind mill . The price was 33eur /double room/day.
Hotel St. Sofia is located in the offshore street on the Old part of Nessebar . It uncloaks from the facade an incredible sight to the gulf of Sunny beach and St.Vlas .

Hotel Vigo.: Excellent hotel that only needs a better kitchen.
Hotel Vigo was the place where my family stayed for two weeks during their holiday in Bulgaria and they were generally very happy about the place.
The rooms were fine and generally what you can expect from a 4 star hotel and the pool area was real good with several pools and a pool bar.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
It´s situated with a seaview right before you enter the old part of Nesebar and there is a nice part with a playground for children right across the road from the hotel.
There is free wifi in the reception area and all you need is to get the password from the reception staff and you can surf for free.
Only thing that was not very good was the food the hotel served.
My family had decided to take half board at the hotel and while breakfast was fairly ok, dinner generally consisted of the same dishes every night and they were honestly a bit drab most of the time.
This did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel though which was very good.
Just don´t eat dinner there.
First of all the location of the place was very very good.

Rooms for rent.: Nice and cheap private rooms for rent.
I stayed at a private house where i rented a room that was very nice, clean and had a fairly big balcony that even had a clothes line which i really liked since i always hand wash my clothes when i am travelling.
The room had air condition too and a tv i never used, plus a fridge that i used.
The place is run by a lady that speaks very little but bulgarian, but she has a son who speaks very good school english and we communicated and got along fine during my 6 days there.

Hotel Prima: Nessebur`s most practical place.
The inn-style hotel is located in downtown Nessebur. It was just 3 blocks away from the beach. There was Satelite TV, Air conditioning, Phone, Big bathroom, and balconies. Suites were extremely clean. Sheets were changed everyday. It is not very easy to get a room there and i reccomend that you book your room in advance. The price for the suit was about 30 US Dollars. The hotal is surrounded with snack bars and restaurants so you can always have your breakfast and lunch there.
The place was great and it offered a lot for the money. I highly recomend the hotel to all travellers the prefer to be more independent instead of getting tied up with the bigger hotels`s all-inclusive programs.

Everywhere: Take a private appartment
There are a lot of touristic buros in Nesebar which offer private housing for the tourists. But it would be very difficult if you are looking for less than 6 days to find anything. The prices are not so high but I recommend to visit first the accomodation and than to take it.
Could be even better than a hotel... You are also paying for a bad or for a whole appartment. Some of the appartments have Cable-TV, Balconies, kitchen appliances ... and so on. We slept in one which was about $18 per evening but 4 people can without any problem sleep inside. And it was really nice. See one of the rooms on the picture on the side.

Milena: 5mins from the beach
It's a rather new building with 2- and 3-bed rooms. All the rooms have a bathroom and a fridge. Most of them have balconies as well.
There's a garden where you can spend pleasant evenings.
5 mins from the North Beach

Hotel Monte Cristo: Best hotel in the old Nesebar town
This is a small private familly hotel that has also a nice restaurant with increadible good made menu and everything tastes really good.
The hotel is on the left side behind the two friends of mine which are on the picture. And the green umbrellas behind them are a part of the hotel's restaurant.
Sit outside in the restaurant, offer a bottle of wine and enjoy the romantic atmosphere in front of the hotel at one of the most beautiful squares in the old town.

be sure you find accomodation...
be sure you find accomodation in the old part of the town. you will have to walk about 15 min. the get to the beach if u mind a rocky shore but old nesebur is much more beautiful than the new town with all its tourist resorts and hotel skyscrapers.

Hemus guesthouse: A cosy place
When I saw the price of 20 euro for 2 people I had the impression that the house is not worth visiting. Right in the center of the Old town and very near to the beach. The other guesthouses offered rooms for double price. Still I decided to risk and went there with my girlfriend. The room is located in an old house in traditional style with a small courtyard, next to a street with souvenirs. There are 3 rooms in total. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is one WC on the floor, but there never was a queue in front of it. And the most important: our hosts were very welcoming and friendly people. As I am Bulgarian, I cannot tell if they speak English, but I guess so, at least their son speaks. I stayed there for 5 nights and defnitely will visit this house again.
1. Very low price.
2. 5 mins on foot from one of the beaches.
3. View on the church St. Sophia (from one of the rooms).

New Nesebar: Accommodation
New Nesebar is packed with 5, 4, 3 and 2-star hotels, and more are to be built, since people keep on coming back.
The hotels usually have single and double rooms and suites.
The rates go between 30 and 250 BGN.

Honolulu Villa: Villa looking to the Black Sea
Stay was great. Room was nice & clean. People at the front desk are friendly. Near by is a restaurant and bar where you can eat overlooking the black sea.
Great view of the black sea from the hotel!

During my first trip to Nessebar, I stayed at this apartment. It has a breath taking view of the Black Sea & of the old city of Nessebar.
This is the top floor of a 2 floor home.
The apartment has good kitchen with a modern bath & a TV. During the summer it get hot in the apartment since there wasn't no air conditioning but the fans worked very well. There was a cool breeze from the Black Sea when you opened the window.
The price was negociated by a friend of mine. But when converted to USD it was for the amazing price of 50 USD for 5 days & 4 nights.
