Dom Kiko: Pomorie home accommodation

I found the acommodation on www.bulrest.com, giving various choises for staying at Black Sea coast. Dom Kiko is described in more detail at http://www.bulrest.com/pomorie/index.php?oID=199&cID=3&language=en

The owner was very helpful, gave all the details by e-mail for paying via bank account directly, confirmed the reservation and receiving the money for down payment by calling on Skype, giving driving instruction to the location. In short - very nice, effective and guest friendlly. The one week stay (5 nights) included the apartament fully equipped, sleeps 7, and only for 150 Euros ! With the view and the beach near by, excellent value for less than 5 euros per person for night !

We paid the rest of the sum upon arrival, the owner was there to meet us with the keys. Just great.

The apartament itself was just great with 2 bed-rooms, kitchen, living room and two balconies for tho families with children ( 3 adults, 3 children), and there was a small supermarket nearby. Next summer we are going back again.

Guest House Aristidov is situated in a quite place in the old part of the city, 100 m far from the most visited beach of Pomorie - The East beach.

From 2006 we will offer our guests our new apartment, situated in new building at 300 m. near to our house, 40 m. from the beach and 400 m. from the town centre.

Max. 6 persons. The apartment includes:

Bedroom 1 - bedroom suite (double bed), air-conditioner, wardrobe, two night-table, dressing table, cable TV, own WC and bathroom
Bedroom 2 - two beds, wardrobe, two night-table, dressing table
Living room and kitchen :
- fully furnishing kitchen - oven, micro wave oven, coffee machine, refrigerator,
dishwasher machine, dining-room set/suite, kitchenware
- living-room corner - sofa and table, cable TV, DVD + FM tuner, armoires, air-conditioner
And more:
- one shared terrace for all rooms, another (second) WC and bathroom, another in-wall wardrobe, security alarm and anti fire system, washing machine, non stop warm water, cable internet access (extra payment - 3 lv./per day), east exposure, sea view, second floor with lift (elevator) in building ...
