Helpfulness
A real find of a hotel
We picked the accomodation mainly due to the location and were not disapointed. The room was clean and functional. The staff were all very friendly and even tried social chatting in english when they saw us passing through the reception area. The hotel is ideally situated between the old town and the new town and is very close to the beach. This meant we could walk into the old town at night to have a wander around the old cobbled street and also down to the more modern new town. The restaurant is very bulgarian in its cuisine but doesnt seem to know if it is a cheap and cheerful restaurant or a good quality international cuisine restaurant. But for the clientel it tries to walk the middle line between these two restaurant types.
Unique Quality: The staff really made it. Not only were they friendly and genuinelly excited to see you and do whatever they could. The pool was small, but ideal given the sea was only a few yards/metres away. The sea view rooms actually had a decent view of the sea rather than being a view with a high powered telescope.

Sozopol is beautiful place
Not surprisingly, Sozopol is located in area called Paradise Bay, astonishing beauty of the bay and forms of relief, combined with wild nature .It is very suitable for a different and a nice holiday and is only 20 meters away from the beach of the hotel Selena,which is located 800 meters from the center, away from noisyness, which I liked best. I noticed that there is a little spa devices and used only pool, sauna and dzhakuzi.The food was unique and delicious ,there was a wide range of different Bulgarian dishes.It has made a good impression on me that the whole staff had good attitude towards guests.
