TIPS ON TIPPING

Going to Sunny Beach in August and wondered if you could let me know some idea of what would be a reasonable 'tip' to leave at a restaurant or bar? Also is it as cheap as people are saying?

Don't expect it to as cheap as the non-touristy bits of Bulgaria with the possible exception of when bars and clubs have "Happy Hours" etc. Sunny Beach can be rip-off city if they reckon they can get away with it.

As to tips - 10%, rounded up, for a restaurant meal is more than fine and if you are just having a quick beer or coffee then an odd coin or two is always appreciated, depending on what you've paid.

It's fun place though and so have a good time!
