Hotel Lovech: A gloomy place
The hotel Lovech is a massive concrete building right in the centre of town. The whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment, everything is well worn and tired looking. But my room aswell as the bathroom were clean (ok...the carpet had lots of spots, but I guess that couldn't be helped by cleaning).
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
