Old Town location
I visited Veliko Turnovo in April, 2008.
Stayed in the Hotel Varusha - has single, double and triple rooms.
Very convenient location in the Old Town.
Nice furniture, all new.
Small rooms but clean and comfortable.
Good comfortable bed - marvelous firm mattress.
Modern bathroom, plenty of hot water for showers.
I can definitely recommend it.
Unique Quality: Note: Breakfast was not available in the hotel. I was told: "The man who makes the breakfasts isn't here."
I was there for 5 days - the "man who makes the breakfasts" never did show up. :->)
The whole place has been newly renovated.
