Good location, beautiful views

This pleasant low-rise hotel (4 stories) is located a few blocks east of the town center and west of the old citadel. The rooms are enormous (double the average size). Those toward the back have beautiful views of the river valley and the old citadel. However, these rooms also hear more of the music from the nightclub restaurant on the lower level.

There is a single small elevator which was not working when I stayed there. There is also a glass-walled elevator which operates between landings on the stairwell -- enjoyable but not useful for the elderly or disabled.

The breakfast buffet is not fancy but is more than adequate. The meal prepared for our group (separate from the nightclub restaurant) was tasty.

Because I traveled with a tour group, I cannot comment on price, value, or services. I enjoyed my stay because of the convenient location and excellent views.
