Hotel facilities include: fitness centre, steam bath, sauna, restaurant with summer garden, two bars with reasonably priced drinks and couple of very convinient conference rooms.
Hotel is really close to the airport, but canny taxi drive away from the city center. You'd normally pay 5 lev to get where the action is.
The only sights I've managed to find nearby are the International Exibition Center (just besides) and a mega-market (across the street). Yeah, there's also McDonalds sign visible at the horizon.
Bearing meeting facilities and hotel location in mind, I'd say this is a nice place for small/mid-scale seminars/meetings. The later fact will ensure your participants/collegues don't run away and spend most of their time inside the premises :)
I'd also like to share my frustration about EXPO hotel elevators. They are so terribly slow, but, to be honest, they offer nice views to the visitors accomodated at higher floors.
Anyway, if that is the major objection I can think of at the moment - you get the point.
