The location is very good for business traveller. The hotels is on a walking distance from most of the important government institutions. It is also close to a lot of museums and art galleries.
I have heard from my collegues that the rooms are OK.
My impression of the staff is that they might be a little more polite. Communication might be a problem at times since not all the staff speaks English.
