OK location
The place smells of low quality cigarettes and the furniture seems to be what was left unsold from the antique shop on the ground floor. The staff was however very service minded, no problem with communication in English. It was a rather short walk to the center or the railway/bus stations. A 24 hour supermarket was just one block away.

Quiet hostel/guesthouse
The Rooms is quiet and clean hostel between in a side street between Bul. Maria Luiza and Rakovski St. It offers simple single and twin rooms with attached bathroom. The common area is quite small, but cosy.
Breakfast is included.
