I based myself here for four nights. It's not in the city centre but within easy walking distance of it, and close to decent bars and restaurants.
It provides perfectly acceptable although non-dynamic accommodation. It is a standard mid-range hotel room, with TV, mini-bar, en suite, desks and cupboards, etc. Internet is available in the room but it's excruciatingly slow.
There is a restaurant/cafe and a sauna.
Staff are friendly enough but a little clueless at times.
Twin room = 120 Bulgarian Lev - E60/ £40 approx.
Highly recommended after several stays, the Reverence on Osmi Primorski Polk Bvd is modern, central, friendly, clean, and welcoming.
The restaurant is superb, the menu is varied and the food is worthy of the highest praise (except for the occasional use of out-of-season veg)
Rooms are comfortable and all en suite. Doubles are good value, but if you want a treat then choose the junior suites, still half the price of the Varna Palace!
Credit cards taken of course.
Directions: The bvd is a continuation of the main road Maria Louisa which starts at the Cathedral
