On the beach
Find your peace and quite in a lovely village Stikovica,
only 5 km from Dubrovnik.
In our apartment you will experience how it feels to wake up by the sound of waves - because the beach is only 5 meters (yes, five meters!) away from your window...
Only 10 minutes by car, lays a vibrant Croatian sea pearl with hundreds of prominent sights and amusement possibilities.
Unique Quality: Technical equipment

Apartment overlooking Lapad Bay, Dubrovnik
The Apartment can sleep 5 in a double room, a single with extra Z-bed, and a small single room. There are two small shower rooms; a large kitchen/diner with cooker, F/F, dishwasher and microwave and a spacious lounge with TV; HI-Fi etc and Internet Access
For only two of us it was very comfortable accommodation. All bedlinen and towels were provided, changed frequently and were of good quality.
This is good homely accommodation rated High because of its peaceful convenient location, comfort, cleanliness, and the friendly helpfulness of our landlord and his family who occupied the lower and upper floors of their 3-storey house.
Boat trips are available to offshore islands from the Bay as well as taxi Boats into the Old Town and other nearby small resorts like Cavtat.
Car Hire is available at the airport and locally 5 minutes away from the apartment.
The Apartment owner will arrange for a Taxi to meet you at the airport for about £25 each way.
Also within very easy walking distance are shops. a pharmacy, Post office, Bank , everything anyone might need on a s/c holiday.
Local beaches are shingled but there are good places to swim.
The apartment is approached up 70 steps - - we were daunted on our arrival but felt very fit after two weeks.
Unique Quality: Balconies from which to watch both small craft and large Cruise ships pass across the Bay and to enjoy the wonderful sunsets.
A frequent bus service runs from a stop nearby the Apt. to the Pile Gate entrance into the Old Town. .and all its attractions - history, museums and galleries, and restaurants. Closer, Lapad has several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk from the Apt. - the Eden, the Kompass Hotel and the Levanat to name but three.

Fabulous 3br apt in walled city
We, family of 4, spent 4 nights in this apt inside the walled city of Dubrovnik. The apt is newly renovated-clean, spacious, comfortable. The highlight for us was the covered private terrace with views over the city and to side of the Adriatic! The apt has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one bath with a washer/dryer. There is a full kitchen and nice living area with TV. Iva arranged for someone to meet us at the airport and drive us to the city where she met us and walked us to our apt. She also met us on our departure date and walked us back out of the city. Lovely person and most helpful. She brought us fresh linen one day also and took our trash. We had absolutely no complaints - we would HIGHLY recommend this apt.

We had gorgeous views over the city b/c we were at the top of a hill, and we could see the Adriatic. Walking the steps of the city to get to the apt was a great way to burn off all the calories from eating too much dinner and gelato!
