This acommodation is very simple. If you were expect rich acommodation and very very good food, then you must choose another acommodation....
Villa Rasica is for simple turist, who expect bad, shower, warm food....

Does Villa Rasica provide linen?

I don't know about that particular villa, but all the apartments I've stayed in in Croatia (and there has been quite a few over the years) provide bed linen, tea towels and bath towels but not beach towels. You might like to bring your own bath towels however - some of the ones we've found provided have been not much more than hand towels so now I pack my own, just in case.
