Tourist settlement Brzet: Good hotel near Omiš center!
Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to Split and Makarska ...We were in a hotel for seven days. Staff in the restaurant especially impressed me! Professionals! Tours are especially interesting. Pirate night!! Excellent, interesting, fun! For information ask at the reception! Do not miss it!
Unique Quality: This is a pavilion-type hotel with a central restaurant and a terrace, surrounded by centuries old pine wood and laid by the pebble beach. From the centre of the town of Omiš it is divided by the town walk, in the length of 800 meters, so it can be considered a town hotel. In the settlement circle there is the Church of St. Euphemia dating from the 5th century.

Apartment 4: Apartment in Stanici
There are many apartments along this part of the coast. The village we stayed in, Stanici, is a few kilometres south of Omis. There are many opportunities to stay in this area with excellent views of the Adriatic and a few hundred steps down and (worse still) back up from the beach. We arranged this accommodation through Emsa tours who were very good. However, I cannot recommend this one apartment as the owner (not Emsa tours who are a local agency) just needs to spend a couple of hundred Euros or so on it. To the owner - How about some better storage - we had a double wardrobe and 7 coat hangers. A set of drawers would not go amiss as would a few more coat hangers. The crockery needs replacing - one cereal/soup bowl and three cups is not acceptable for an apartment that sleeps four people. All in all a very good location with great views and help from the on site person who looks after the place but a bit attention to the facilities would make for an excellent review. One more thing, my advice is to choose an apartment with full shutters over one like this that does not.
Unique Quality: Location and view. Very clean.
We were close to the small beach which was great.
A number of other apartments in the area which should be a little better and therefore a better choice. The emsa tours website will give more detail.
