Aparthotel cervar: closed hotel
This hotel has been shut since the refugees from the war of the break up of Yugoslavia stayed in it. Now it is full of pigeons and is a real eyesore. It needs to be sold as soon as possible and either completely renovated or pulled down and a new hotel built on the site.
Unique Quality: Vandalised.
