Grand Hotel Adriatic
I have pleasure to visit this Hotel frequently since every year there is a conference that I’m intending to. It is large Hotel and new one if we compare to the “old” Hotels and villas from old times.
Hotel is divided in two parts (not physicaly) two the new 4star, and the 3star part of the Hotel. Personally I have stayed at the new part and I was really pleasantly surprised with the room. Although, some of my colleagues are claiming that the old 3star part is better for them.
Hotel is only 10 minutes walk far from the centre. Near the coast, minute away. And it has a private beach.
I would recommend this Hotel for business travel and to spend some summer vacation to.

There was TV, air conditions, large and comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and the view that takes your breath away ...

Good choice for a stay in Opatija
The hotel was good enough but we had to fight to get our room with a sea view (the sea is 500 meters away) and the AC.
Al the others in our group were happy to remain in the first offered rooms with fans and a nice view to a rock wall.
No problem, but when we have booked the hotel it was clearly specified the sea view and the AC availability.

Unique Quality: Very nice view to the sea.
If you'll get a room on the other side your holiday will be completely destroyed :(
