It consists of a part that was built way back in 19th century (1888) and a "new" part (1968).
The best thing about it is its location - town center, 200 m from the main public beach.
Parking can be a problem as their private parking area accomodates cca 70 cars and the central location makes it VERY difficult to find parking in the vicinity.
