The best in Pula

Hotel Histria is one of the best hotels in Pula. It is situated on the peninsula of Verudela, a few kilometres out of the city centre.

Unique Quality: The hotel complex is spread on the huge area and has a lot of facilities: casino, pool, tennis, soccer, basketball, squash, aquatower, shopping centre, and the great beach resorts all aound the hotel area.

Hotel HISTRIA****

Hotel HISTRIA is situated in a wonderful location dominantly raised above the sea coast, only four kilometers away from the historic centre of Pula, opposite Marina Veruda. It is open all year round, with 240 rooms on five floors, all with panoramic balconies. The rooms are comfortably furnished (SAT TV, telephone, hairdryer, mini bar), and all of them are air-conditioned.
In addition, there is a very elegant lobby with reception, a spacious hall for sitting and reading, and restaurants and caffe´s with terraces above the sea.

Unique Quality: There is also a sun-terrace with an outdoor swimming-pool and a heated indoor one, both with sea water, a sauna, an equipped gym, rehabilitation sport centre and all these ameneties are only a few metres away from the sea. Close to the hotel there is a sports and recreational centre with a great number of tennis courts. The hotel has a congress hall with 700 seats, several smaller halls from 50 to 90 seats and a press area, of about 30 square metres, as well as a casinò.

The hotel Histria is a...

The hotel Histria is a four-star hotel situated next to the sea, open all year round, with central heating and air-condition, with 456 beds in rooms and apartments, a large restaurant and different bars. There are also an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a tavern, a congress hall and a few smaller meeting halls, a yacht-bar, a casino, a night club, etc. In the vicinity there is a sport center with 20 tennis courts.

"Pula"

We visited Pula in Isteria. We toured from Pula all the way north to the border by car. We stayed at the Hotel Histria in Pula. The town of Porec was also a very nice seaport town that offers beaches and many restaurants.
Isteria is also know for some nice wine, olive and truffles. You can tour many of the wine makers and olive makers as well. I would recommend that you visit Peter Poletti Wines near a town called Visnjon.

"Dubrovnik"

We stayed at the Hilton Imperial while in Dubrovnik. The best time to visit is during the days when the cruise ships are not in town. It makes for a crowded walk around the walled city. Overall, a must see visit.

Would you recommend hotel histria to stay in for a young couple. is it easy to get into pula centre. any advice would be great

Not realy. Histria is a nice hotel but bus connection is not good . You will have to take a cab after 11 pm from city centar. If you want to be on the beach all day then is good.
