The "beach" at umag, blocked off by construction

"Renting from InterChalet, UMA100, Umag 100"
I made the mistake of renting from Antonella DeGrassi, the apartment was UMA100. On the InterChalet and related sites that InterChalet uses, the photos of the apartment and surroundings look very appealing!
But beware! I was there and I can tell you -- those photos are NOT accurate. That is not the balcony you will be renting. The beach and the sea do not look like that.
There is construction DIRECTLY in front of the apartment. The first picture I uploaded is a picture of the construction that I took on SUNDAY night.
"InterChalet, UMAG, UMA100: It Gets Worse"
There was more construction two houses away from Antonella DeGrassi's vacation rental UMA100 in Umag. Renters have the distinct pleasure of hearing construction workers grunt at each other all day from your nearby balcony.

But the next photo really defines the beach and your use of it. The beach is cordoned off by tape so you cannot walk on it or go near it. Isn't it lovely? InterChalet says this is acceptable. Do you think it's acceptable? Have a closer look HERE.
"InterChalet, UMAG, UMA100: Worst was yet to come"
The worse construction actually began on the beach on Monday morning at 9 a.m sharp. Something in the form of a battering ram pounding over and over into the rocks.
